Bonita Song Project:

Bonita was an undergrad here Spring quarter of 2004. This project involved serially sectioning day 3,5, and 7 day old zebra fish embryo brains and then combining the stained sectioned images together in an animated GIF. WARING LARGE FILES

The idea was to use a much longer version of this video to 'train' new hatchlings in a 'natural' enviroment and compare this to an unnaturally simple pattern. Do the brains develop differently?
